Our Product Development History:


Bags-O’lution™:

As with many women, when it comes to finding an outfit to wear for the day, I fall into the category of multiple wardrobe changes and last minute decisions. Although I own more than 40 purses, I never have the time to switch out my bag. Styling my hair, applying makeup and finding an outfit is chaos enough, let alone rushing to change purses and leaving important things behind like keys, money, glasses, and the occasional lipstick or comb. Trust me; brushing your hair with a plastic fork is just not as effective!

Years of rushing through my morning routine led me to become increasingly frustrated, trying several different products hoping to find a way to make it easier to switch purses when I needed. From my research I found that I always ended up with the same problem; purses come in all shapes and sizes, and nothing I found seemed to work universally. Until Now! The Kellee Dee Collection™ offers the solution to switching out bags in an instant, so you can accessorize anytime you want with no hassle! The Bags-O’lution™ includes pockets for holding your more important items ensuring nothing gets left behind. Not to mention it is adjustable to fit bags of all sizes!

Simplifying the morning and evening routines was the first step. We needed a way to take some of the hassle out of traveling and introduced Clear Travel Bags in three sizes. The clear bag set meets TSA regulations and is perfect for storing all of your liquids and makeup while traveling. Not only can you switch out your purse quickly, now the packing and stress involved with airport restrictions has been eliminated!


Flats-O’lution™:

After many evenings out, long days at the office and running through airports in high heels or uncomfortable shoes I would succumb to the pain and be forced to take my shoes off and walk barefoot to find relief. Rocks, puddles and sharp objects are just a few obstacles I battled to find relief from my heels. Of course I couldn’t carry extra shoes in my evening bag nor, did extra shoes lend themselves to my full briefcase. I thought to myself how wonderful it would be to have a pair of shoes fold-up small enough to fit in a handbag. After further thought, I realized that folding shoes were only part of the solution. Once I had the shoes on, I would have to carry my heels, while holding my outfit up to avoid dragging. I knew the solution consisted of a pair of fold-up shoes, an expandable bag for my heels, and hem clips. If I added a removable clip to my purse strap to hold the shoe bag my hands would be free to carry other things. The ideas were simple, the challenge was designing it all to fit in a carrying bag the size of a cell phone, and we did! 

I took Flats-O’lution™ a step further, the development of a sister product, a disposable flat. Having a disposable version meant I could keep an extra pair of flats in my desk, briefcase, or car for any unexpected situations. Having a pair handy to share with a friend or colleague is another idea I considered. Countless times I have had friends complain about their heels and how sore their feet are. How grateful would they be if you had an extra pair of Flats-O’lution™ Disposables to give them to put an end to their daily foot rubbing routine?

Virtually all the women I spoke with had the same issues I was facing. They told me if I found the solution, they would buy it. I played with the ideas and designed the Bags-O’lution™ and Flats-O’lution Ensemble™and Flats-O’lution Disposable Ensemble™. To me, they are more than products; they are solutions to simplify life and the stresses we face everyday. I hope you find the Collection to be useful in your life and share it with those you love.
